The

Embodied Clarity Session

A 90-minute conversation for thoughtful people who've outgrown the life they've built.

You've been here before.

Not this exact place. But you know this feeling.

That familiar gnawing sense that something important is asking for your attention and you can't quite figure out what it is. The feeling of being pulled in five directions all at once — and none of them feeling completely right.

You hope that if you keep thinking harder, running faster, learning more, just willing your way through it all — you'll stumble across the right path, teacher, career. But somewhere along the way, like a stubborn old couple, your head and your body stopped talking to each other.

And the thing that's alive in you, the part that has its own quiet intelligence and knows exactly where it wants to go, keeps getting talked over.

Here's what nobody tells you about that particular kind of stuckness.

More information won't fix it. Another framework can't touch it. Thinking harder will just take you deeper into the forest — to the poison ivy, the hornet's nest, the messy mud puddle.

What you actually need is to slow down long enough to hear what your own system is already trying to tell you.

The directions are in there. The whisper that tells you "the light is just around the corner, turn left" — but instead you pick up another book on bioluminescence and forget your own.

The process by which knowledge becomes wisdom isn't in your head. It's much deeper. And more direct to access.

The Cave at Twilight

You don't need a plan. You need company.

Someone willing to sit beside you long enough for the thing that's been trying to get your attention to finally speak.

In my experience, the people who helped me most weren't the ones with all the answers. They were the ones who tended the fire while I found my own.

That's the role I play now.

I've spent thirty years gathering tools, stories, practices, and wisdom from many traditions. Not to hand you a formula or tell you what your life should look like.

But to help you hear yourself more clearly.

Because what looks like confusion can turn out to be something else entirely.

Crow Circles Above
Big life transitions

Something has stopped you in your tracks. Everyone wants to know what's next, and you're still trying to make sense of where you are.

Chronic illness or health issues

Your body has changed the conversation. Now you're learning how to build a life around a different set of realities.

Career & business transitions

The work you've built no longer fits the person you've become. You can feel that something wants to change, but you can't quite see the shape of it yet.

Creative projects

Maybe there's a book, business, class, offering, or creative project that's trying to emerge and you can't quite find its shape.

Identity Shifts

The old story doesn't fit anymore. You're not quite sure who you're becoming, but you know you're not who you used to be.

Purpose & direction

You've got that gnawing feeling there's something you're supposed to be doing. You just wish someone would turn on the damn flashlight long enough for you to see what it is.

I came in with something alive that had its own intelligence — but could have easily turned into months of navel-gazing or stuckness. Working with Erin felt like having a shepherdess. She was the banks of the river — giving structure without forcing anything. I never felt rushed, and the work that emerged felt completely like me.

What happens in an Embodied Clarity Session

We meet for 90 minutes.

You bring whatever is actually alive for you right now —

The transition.

The crossroads.

The thing you can feel but can't quite name.

The decision you've can't seem to make.

The work that's trying to emerge.

The language that suddenly feels wrong.

You don't need to have it organized or figured out before you arrive.

Together we slow down and listen for what's underneath the noise — the gnawing feeling, the pull, the thing that keeps showing up no matter how many times you try to think past it.

And then we find language for it, so you can actually use it. So it stops being a vague ache and starts being a direction.

What you leave with :

Language that feels

like home

3.png

A way of talking about your work that finally sounds like you.

Greater Self-Trust

7.png

The confidence that comes from hearing yourself clearly.

A steadier center

9.png

A felt sense of your own pacing, rhythm, and enoughness.

Clearer focus

4.png

Knowing what to focus on, and what to let go of.

Clearer direction

6.png

Not a 10-step plan, but a clear next step your body actually agrees with.

Deeper insight

The deeper thread running beneath your work, choices, and life.

Erin was able to re-frame what I said in a way that suddenly made things clearer. Same situation — completely new perspective. What had kept me stuck for months was cleared up in one session.

This session might be for you if:

Everything feels important and you don't know where to put your energy.

You can feel a threshold but don't yet have words for what's on the other side.

The language you've been using no longer fits who you're becoming.

You have a project, offering, book, or business trying to emerge.

You're moving through grief, burnout, illness, or a major life transition.

You're tired of collecting advice and ready to hear your own wisdom.

This session may not be for you if you're...

looking for a rigid plan, formula, or productivity system

wanting someone to push you past your limits or override what your body is saying

not open to slowing down long enough to listen

insist on quick answers without reflection or integration

Most people arrive feeling mentally tangled. They leave knowing what actually matters—and where to put their energy next.

The practical details

We meet for 90 minutes by video or phone — whichever feels more comfortable for you.

The investment is $349.

Within 48 hours you'll receive two things in your inbox:

  • A written reflection — the thread of what emerged in our conversation, distilled into language that actually fits. Something you can return to when things get noisy and you've lost the plot again.

  • And a personal resource list — books, practices, traditions, stories — drawn from thirty years of gathering and chosen specifically for where you are right now. Not a generic reading list. The right things, for you, at this particular threshold.

I cried when I read what came through our work together. It felt like I finally sounded like myself again—only clearer.

And what we did is working. Since updating my website, I’m attracting the clients I truly want to work with.

Some answers to your questions

People often come to this work during a life transition: grief, illness, burnout, caregiving, career change, business evolution, creative emergence, or an identity shift they don't yet have words for.

FAQ's

Is this therapy or coaching?

Not exactly. It's more like having someone keep you company while you figure out what you need.  Most people come because they're standing at a crossroads and  something in their life, work, identity, creativity, relationships, or health doesn't feel right and they can't quite see the way forward. I don't tell you what to do. Or to set a bunch of tasks that you're supposed to complete.  I help you hear what your own system already knows, make meaning of what's happening, and find language for what wants to emerge next. Some people leave with clarity about a life decision or a new way of talking about their work or next phase. Some get a deeper understanding of the story they're living. Most leave feeling more like themselves.

What happens during a session?

Every session is different because every person is different. My background includes writing, somatic practice, mythology, mindfulness, plant wisdom, energy work, and other earth-rooted and contemplative traditions. Sometimes our work is deeply practical: if you need to write something for your website, we'll do that. Sometimes it's symbolic: if you've been dreaming of foxes, we'll explore that. Sometimes we'll do a little of both. I don't follow a fixed method. Instead, I draw from what feels most supportive and relevant for the person sitting in front of me. The focus is always on helping you hear yourself more clearly. You're the one in charge. I'll never push you to do anything that doesn't feel right to you.

What if I don't know what I want to talk about?

Good. That's actually the ideal starting place. The not-knowing is often exactly where the most important thing lives. Come as you are.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

You're reading this page. That's usually a sign. But if you'd like to get a feel for the work before committing, start with the free practice below — or check out the writing & resources page.

Blue mountain range

Not ready to jump in yet?

Here's something to start with.

This simple practice won't solve everything — but it will help you drop out of your head and into your body, so you can hear what your own system is actually telling you.

I felt like I could say anything to Erin without being judged. Time together felt safe — like we could explore ideas or life stuff honestly. Very few people are truly present in conversation anymore, but when I was with Erin, we were really together. I appreciated that more than I can say.

Some people feel complete after one session.

Others discover that one conversation opens a door they're not quite ready to walk through alone.

If that's where you are, I offer Ongoing Embodied Support.

What clients are saying:

Erin doesn’t do surface-level conversations. From the moment you meet her, you’re talking about things that actually matter — the kind of 4-a.m., six-pack conversations that we had in broad daylight—exactly where they belong. She just lives there. It’s refreshing and grounding at the same time.

Imagine leaving a conversation feeling whole.

Not because everything is solved — but because something in you finally got quiet enough to speak.

You'll know what's yours to carry and what isn't. You'll have language for the thing that's been living in you without a name.

And for the first time in a while, the next step won't feel like a guess. It will feel like something you already knew — and finally got to say out loud.

That's what becomes possible here.
