You’re the one others rely on.
But lately, your body’s been trying to tell you something.
You’re still showing up for your clients, your family, your community. But inside? You’re running on fumes. The exhaustion, the pain, the brain fog—they’re not just inconvenient. They’re relentless. And they’ve started to impact more than your energy levels. They’re affecting your voice.
You’ve noticed it in how you say yes when you mean no. How rest feels dangerous. How speaking up or slowing down makes your chest feel tight. You’re stuck in a loop: push, crash, recover just enough, repeat.
And the hardest part?
You’ve already done everything right.
The diets. The protocols. The mindset work.
But your body still feels like it’s bracing for impact.
Here's what's really going on:
Your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.
The way out isn’t more discipline, another protocol, or a 21-day celery juice “reset.”
(You’ve done all that).
It’s a return to safety. To rhythm. To what actually works for your body.
That’s where Rewild & Regulate comes in.

Hi there, I 'm Erin...
I work with sensitive people navigating burnout, chronic conditions, and the long haul of over-functioning—through nervous system repair, embodied story work, and deep listening.
Most of the folks I work with are tired of pushing through. They’re ready—or have no choice but—to stop overriding what their body’s been trying to say, and finally start working with it.
I know that turning point. I’ve lived it.
What I offer now is what helped me stop ignoring my body—and start listening.
Before I started this work, I was the go-to person for everyone else. I ran a wellness center. Guided retreats. Taught classes. Held space for transformation.
I lived what looked like a “balanced” life. But life had other plans.
My parents’ health declined—and with it came assisted living drama, financial decisions, endless emergencies, and, let’s be honest, more than one—WTF?!— dumpster fire. I kept trying to show up for everyone else while quietly falling apart myself.
I was running on B- vitamins, caffeine, green smoothies, and whatever snacks I could grab between calls with doctors, sessions with clients and elder care lawyers.
And then my health crashed. Post-viral fatigue and CFS brought everything to a halt. And I was still too busy trying to keep other people alive—or at least stable—to listen to what my body was trying to say. Even with all my training, I struggled. And I didn’t want my clients to know. I mean, I was supposed to be the one helping people regulate, not the one downing kava-kava in the car between appointments. If you’re reading this and thinking, ‘Oh geez! That's me!" Hang in there, sister, you’re not alone. People say well-meaning things like, “Take care of yourself.” But we know it’s a whole different thing to actually do that when your system is in survival mode and the world around you is on fire. I tried the tools I had (and I had lots!) But I had to go deeper. I explored brain retraining with DNRS and The Gupta Program. I studied somatic healing with brilliant teachers like Linda Thai, Bessel van der Kolk, and Strozzi Somatics. And IFS and Trauma-Sensitive mindfulness with Richard Schwartz and David Treleaven. And then walked the path of ancestral healing with Dr. Daniel Foor. I didn’t just “learn” the work—I lived it. Slowly, through nervous system repair, connection with the land and ancestors, and re-learning how to trust my rhythms, I found my way back. It wasn’t quick. It wasn’t linear. But it taught me to stop abandoning myself in service of everyone else. And now, I help others do the same. My approach blends science, soul, and somatics in a way that honors all of you—your brilliance, your burnout, your story, and your sensitivity. I’m not here to fix you. You’re not broken—you’re just carrying a lot. This work helps you slow down, listen in, and stop overriding your system just to get through the day. You don’t have to explain or push or hold it all together here. You get to be where you are. And we start from there.
This work is for you if...
You’re sensitive, smart, and stretched too thin—and your body’s starting to speak up.
You’ve tried so many things, but still feel stuck in stress or symptoms.
You want a space where you don’t have to explain or prove yourself.
You’re ready to reconnect with your body, your voice, and your way of being.
This probably isn’t the right fit if…
You’re hoping for a clear-cut protocol or step-by-step system to follow without tuning in to your body’s own wisdom.
You’re not quite ready (yet) to explore the emotional, spiritual, or relational layers of what’s showing up.
You’re looking for a purely clinical approach, or want to keep the healing journey strictly physical.
You’re in an acute health crisis and need support from a licensed therapist or medical provider.
What makes this work different?
We're aiming to rewild your nervous system—not just your schedule.
Rewilding land means removing what's artificial and letting native plants and creatures return on their own terms.
Rewilding the nervous system is no different. In this work, you begin the process of unlearning hyper-productivity, perfectionism, and pressure—and rebuild your connection to your body’s natural pace. This isn’t about fixing. It’s about returning to what’s already wise within you.
It's not a protocol. It’s a relationship.
Most healing programs give you a checklist or a daily script. Rewild & Regulate offers a responsive, relationship-based process that honors where you are each day. Because healing isn’t linear, and your body isn’t a machine.
Blends nervous system healing with reclaiming your voice.
Plenty of programs focus on “regulation,” but few connect the dots between your nervous system, your boundaries, and your ability to speak (or write) what’s true. This isn’t just about calming your system—it’s about reclaiming your agency, creativity, and self-expression.
Rooted in story, not symptom-chasing.
You’re not a collection of flare-ups and fatigue. Your symptoms live in a larger context—your history, your culture, your nervous system’s best attempts to keep you safe. We honor that. And we work with it.
Made for the ones who usually hold space.
You know the intricacies of being the space-holder, the facilitator, the one everyone turns to when things go sideways. And now you’re the one needing support— I really get that tender complexity.
More than coping—this is
re-rooting.
This isn’t about managing symptoms just enough to get through the week. It’s about gently rebuilding trust with your body, reconnecting to your inner rhythm, and creating a foundation that actually supports the life you want to live. Not someday—now.
Personal, relational, and unbranded.
There’s no “proprietary method” or neon-colored PDF workbook here. Instead, there’s quiet, deep work: listening, body-based guidance, intuitive rhythm (and probably a lot of laughing). This process isn’t isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering what’s true for you.
After this work, you might find yourself…
Saying no to that extra project, phone call, (or request from your aunt Betty)—without guilt, worry, or apology
Teaching one class a week and knowing it’s enough
Taking a nap in the middle of the day because your body asked—not because you “earned it”
Feeling grounded, centered, and resourced at your next client session, meeting, or medical appointment
Saying what you need (in life or work) without spiraling into doubt, guilt or overwhelm
Noticing your body’s cues before they become red flags and attending to them in the moment
Creating a rhythm that's actually sustainable (not one that just looks good on a calendar)
...trusting your body again.
It’s like my voice and nervous system are finally on the same team.
I used to think my symptoms meant I was failing at self-care. Erin helped me slow down and actually listen to my body. She taught me what "yes" and "no" feel like in my body. Now, I'm teaching without the exhaustion that used to keep me from doing what I love. It’s like my voice and nervous system are finally on the same team.

A Gentle Heads-Up
I’m not a licensed psychologist or medical doctor.
This work doesn’t replace clinical care—it complements it.
I come to this as a somatic coach and integrative therapist with deep experience in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practice, and sacred, story-based healing.
You know your body best.
My job is to walk beside you—supporting your capacity to heal from within and with the world around you.
